Uría Menéndez on the voluntary tender offer for Siemens Gamesa

Uría Menéndez has advised the Independent Committee and the Board of Directors of Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy on the voluntary tender offer by Siemens Energy Global GMBH & CO. KG (wholly-owned by Siemens Energy) for 32.93% of the share capital of Siemens Gamesa (the capital it did not already own) for 4.048 billion euro.

The law firm acted with Javier Redonet (partner, Capital Markets, Madrid), Martín Jordano (senior associate, Corporate and M&A, Madrid) and Gorka Atutxa (associate, Capital Markets, Madrid).
