Herbert Smith Freehills on the acquisition of Expal Systems
Herbert Smith Freehills has advised Rheinmetall on the acquisition of Expal Systems, a global defence and security company, from Maxam, an international spanish company with a presence in the chemical and mining industries.
The transaction was valued at €1.2 billion.
