Ecija advises Desigual on its advertising campaign

Ecija has advised Desigual in its advertising campaign “Nathy Peluso – Desigual”.

Desigual is a spanish fashion company founded in 1984. On this occasion, the Advertising Jury of Autocontrol has ruled in favour of the firm and indicated that the advertising does not infringe the code and that it is an artistic creation protected by freedom of expression.

The team from Ecija advising Desigual was formed by the partner, Alejandro Touriño (pictured) and the lawyer, Carlos Rivadulla Oliva.
