Pat Kramer, BDO’s new global CEO
BDO has appointed Pat Kramer (picture) as their new global CEO, succeeding current CEO Keith Farlinger.
Pat Kramer has more than 30 years of industry experience and has held several senior leadership roles at BDO. Until now, he has held the position of CEO of BDO in Canada, where under his leadership, the Firm has achieved strong revenue growth and has become one of Canada’s Top 100 employers. In addition, as a member of the Firm’s Global Board, he has been integrally involved in the strategic planning and execution of the international organization.
Wayne Berson, BDO’s Chair of the Global Board, has commented: “Throughout his career, Pat Kramer has earned the respect of the entire Firm and his unanimous choice is an example of this. I would also like to thank Keith Farlinger for his exemplary service these past years.”
Pat Kramer has thanked the opportunity: “I am delighted to be taking over from Keith Farlinger, who has done a fantastic job unifying BDO through a strong leadership strategy in recent years. In this new phase, which I am looking forward to, I will work to continue his legacy, consolidating and strengthening BDO.
