Andersen on the acquisition of Comercial de Contenidos Audiovisuales
Andersen has advised Squirrel Media on the acquisition of Comercial de Contenidos Audiovisuales, a spanish film and TV producer and distributor.
Comercial de Contenidos Audiovisuales operates with the brands Comercial TV for distribution and La Nueva TV for production and includes programs such as ‘Madrileños por el mundo’.
The deal is part of the growth process in which is involved Squirrel Media, a listed company in the Madrid Stock Exchange.
The team from Andersen advising Squirrel Media was formed by Jaime Aguilar (pictured left), partner in the corporate and M&A area and Mayo Torres (pictured right), associate at the same department.
