Bird & Bird advises Cubico on acquisition of Axpo

Bird & Bird has advised Cubico Sustainable Investments Spain, on the acquisition from Axpo International of a stake of 46% in Parque Eólico La Peñuca, S.L., which operates a 33 MWp wind farm with an average annual production of 98.4 GWh in the province of Burgos (Castilla y León, Spain).

The Bird & Bird team was led by Hermenegildo Altozano (pictured left) and Juan de Navasqüés (pictured right), assisted by associates Pablo Galera, Victor Paz and Paul Stone.
