Clifford Chance on a USD 200m issue of CAF-listed notes
Clifford Chance has advised Citigroup Global Markets in connection with a USD 200m issuance of Panama-listed notes by Corporación Andina de Fomento (CAF).
The notes are issued under CAF’s USD 30m medium term note programme, but have been admitted to listing and trading on the Panama stock exchange through the usual panamanian auction process.
Clifford Chance teamed up with local law firm Arias, Fabrega & Fabrega (ARIFA) for the panamanian law aspects of the transaction.
