Auren hires Manuel Valero

Auren has hired Manuel Valero (pictured) as of counsel in the finance, banking and insolvency area.

Valero has worked in the field of banking and finance legal advice in organisations such as Banca Catalana, SindiBank and Bancaja.

Prior to joining Auren, Valero was director of the Procedural Legal Department at Sareb, and director of the Catalonia legal department at Bankia.

Auren’s chairman, Mario Alonso, said that “Manuel’s incorporation comes at a time when the foreseeable increase in insolvency proceedings and the increase in regulation in the financial sector require the reinforcement of the positioning in these areas”.
