KWM on the construction of 11 solar PV plants

King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) has advised the energy company, Mithrasol, on the financing process for the construction of 11 solar PV plants in Spain, with a total installed capacity of 41.8 MW.

The project, located in Castilla-La Mancha and Andalusia, foresees investment costs of more than €35 million.

Mithrasol is a company founded in 2020 specialized in the promotion, construction, and operation of solar plants in the Iberian market.

KWM advising team was formed by the energy partner, Gonzalo Olivera (pictured), the senior associates, Félix Hernández and Alberto Artés, and the associate, Jose Berjón.
