CMS on the acquisition of Corporación Especializada en Innovación

CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo has advised OMNES Education, a french firm specialised in private higher education, in the negotiation and acquisition of the design and digital marketing school Corporación Especializada en Innovación.

With 35,000 students in 13 different centres, OMNES Education, part of the Cinven Group, is one of the leading private higher education institutions in France.

By this deal, the company has acquired a majority stake in Eskool, while continuing its growth plans in the sector.

The team from CMS advising OMNES Education was formed by the partner, Mariano Bautista (pictured), the associate, Jorge Peris and the lawyer, Patricia Miralles from corporate M&A.
