Montero Aramburu with Sepi and Cofides

Montero Aramburu has advised Sociedad Estatal de Participaciones Industriales (SEPI) and Compañía Española de Financiación del Desarrollo (COFIDES) in 12 financing transactions during the validity of the funds supporting the solvency of companies affected by covid, which are managed by both entities.

The total amount of the facilities granted in this operation amounts to more than €500 million.

The team from Montero Aramburu advising both public companies was formed by the partners, Maite Cerezo (pictured left) and Ignacio Albendea (pictured right) and the lawyer from the financial and banking law area, Juan Manuel Martínez.
