Terradat, with Mariscal, enters into the Spanish market

Mariscal has advised Terradat Limited, the geophysical survey companies with over 25 years’ experience, entering into the Spanish market together with a local partner, Mr. Javier Olona.

Mariscal assisted TerraDat as legal advisor providing also the legal assistance on the joint venture with the local partner, drafting and negotiating contracts with a team led by Alberto Álvarez and Irene Terrazas, partners of the corporate department of Mariscal (pictured left and right).
