Deloitte Legal advises on the sale of Cable Energía

Deloitte Legal has advised the founding partners and Grupo Cuerva on the sale to Shell of 100% of Cable Energía, a spanish operator of electric vehicle charging points.

Cable Energía is a sustainable mobility and renewable energy infrastructure company based in Sevilla, which aims to become one of the largest providers of charging services for electric vehicles powered by renewable energy in Spain and Portugal.

Deloitte Legal’s advising team was formed by the partner, Ignacio Echenagusia (pictured), the senior associate, Ignacio Alonso, and the associate, José María Gomá.
