KPMG advises Plenius AB on the acquisition of Mercanza
KPMG Abogados has advised the swedish company, Plenius by Mirovia AB, on the acquisition of 100% of Mercanza.
The spanish company based in Leganés, Mercanza, specialises in distribution, marketing, sale and installation, maintenance and research of electronic computing equipment and materials in general and programs.
By its side, Plenius by Mirovia AB is part of Dr. Saeid Esmaeilzadeh’s group of companies in Sweden and invests in led entrepreneur-driven companies that offer software solutions and niche IT consulting services.
Through this transaction, Plenius by Mirovia AB increases its presence in the spanish market after the acquisitions made during 2022 of Controlnet Web, Inase Informática del Mediterráneo, Antartyca Consulting and Agrupo Sistemas.
