Sixth Street invests in Vía Célere and Dospuntos, the advisors

Sixth Street, the global investment firm, has made a minority investment in Vía Célere, Spain’s homebuilder, and Dospuntos Asset Management, a commercial real estate company.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Sixth Street supports each company’s current strategy and management, and its investments are illustrative of the firm’s continued activity across the European real estate market.

Sixth Street’s London-based European real estate team partners with property managers and institutional investors to acquire, finance, and provide servicing expertise for assets and businesses across the real estate sector, including office, residential, logistics, retail and hospitality.

Sixth Street was advised by Garrigues and KPMG.

Garrigues acted with partners Juan Jose Berdullas (pictured left) and Daniel Gonzalez Pila (pictured right) and the senior associate Aurora Sánchez.

KPMG Abogados provided Spanish and international tax advice to Sixth Street on this acquisition. Spanish tax advice was led by Pelayo Oraa (partner) and Ricardo Lopez (director). KPMG Spanish Team was also made up of senior managers Ignacio Corces and Nikolay Iliev
