Direlec Group takes over Lyco: the advisors

Direlec Group, the Spain based retailer of led lighting systems owned by Miura Partners, has acquired Lyco Group, the United Kingdom based online distributor of lighting products.

KPMG Abogados has provided buy-side tax due diligence and tax structuring advice in the Transaction to EfectoLed. Spanish and UK KPMG teams have participated in the advice, leaded by Ignacio Font (pictured left) and José Ignacio González (pictured right), M&A Tax Directors.

 EfectoLed has been advised also by Gomez-Acebo & Pombo Abogados and PwC legal.

PwC Tax & Legal Services acted with Beltrán Gómez de Zayas, (partner) Emilio Aparicio (senior manager) and Michele Spano (manager).
