Atrys Health acquires Bienzobas Salud. The advisors
Pinsent Masons and Gomez-Acebo & Pombo have advised the global provider of precision medical diagnostic and treatment services, Atrys Health, advised by EY Abogados on the acquisition of Bienzobas Salud.
Bienzobas Salud has developed its own technological platform, based on the use of cloud systems and services and interoperable with clinical history systems, aimed at optimising healthcare management. The new technologies it uses, such as big data and Artificial Intelligence (AI), enable process efficiency and advanced data analytics, managing knowledge and supporting healthcare professionals in decision-making.
By this deal, Atrys Healths acquires 100% of Bienzobas Salud for €76,3m. “This transaction makes the company the first independent group to offer a 360-degree oncology approach and an artificial intelligence-based technology platform that brings precision medicine closer to patients,” said Atrys’ President, Santiago de Torres.
The team from Pinsent Masons advising Atrys Health was formed by the Partner, Inmaculada Castelló (pictured left) and the Associate, Tatiana Fernández de Casadevante (pictured right).
Gomez-Acebo & Pombo advised Atrys Health with Inmaculada Castello, Guillermo Guerra, Irene Medina de Alba, Emiliano Moreno and Jacobo Palanca Reh.
The team from EY Abogados advising Nexxus Iberia was formed by partner, Francisco Aldavero and senior manager Rosa Cañas.
