Araoz & Rueda and Pérez-Llorca on the acquisition of Grupo Facundo
Pérez-Llorca has advised Artá Capital on the acquisition of 37.43% of Grupo Facundo, advised by Araoz & Rueda.
Grupo Facundo is a firm that specialises on the production and distribution of nuts and snacks, its headquarters are located in Villada, Palencia, Spain.
On the other hand, Artá Capital is a private equity manager focused on the Iberian mid-market that manages around €800M through its two investment vehicles, Artá Fund I and Artá Fund II.
By this deal, Artá Capital acquires 37.43% of Grupo Facundo for €22m.
