Squire Patton Boggs advises Grupo Colisée on acquisition

Grupo Colisée has agreed with Blauclinic to acquire the management of four social and health centers located in the city of Barcelona and that add up to a total of 644 beds for social and residential care for the elderly. This operation represents the entry into the Catalan capital of Grupo Colisée, which was already present in the province of Barcelona with residences for the elderly in Granollers, Sant Cugat and Igualada.

With its entry into the Catalan capital, Grupo Colisée reinforces its commitment to the diversification of services aimed at caring for and promoting the independence of people at all stages of their lives, in residences for the elderly and socio-health centres.

The CEO of Grupo Colisée in Spain, Gerard Sanfeliu, highlighted: “This operation allows us to strengthen our commitment to diversifying services aimed at caring for and promoting the independence of people at all stages of their lives, offering a specialised and focused on the person and their well-being in socio-health facilities and residences for the elderly.”
