Andersen advises TCC on three land acquisition projects
The law firm, Andersen, has advised Trammell Crow Company (TCC), a US-based company and a leader in commercial real estate development and investment, on the purchase of three plots of land in Spain.
The more than 170,000 square metres acquired by TCC are located in strategic points around Madrid and Barcelona. The first one includes a 13,787 sq m brownfield site in Granollers, Barcelona, the second acquisition includes a 53,727 sq m brownfield site in Cabanillas, Guadalajara and the third acquisition is a 108,515 sq m greenfield site in Alovera, Guadalajara.
The main aim is to transform this sites into warehouses of 8,594 sq m, 34.040 sq m and a 49,149 sq m Class A warehouse respectively. The construction date for the projects will be around June 2023 with completion in the second quarter of 2025.
