RocaJunyent advises Colonial on the sale of two office buildings to Ibervalles
RocaJunyent has advised Colonial, a Spanish real estate company, on the sale of two office buildings to Ibervalles, socimi of the Isidro family, for an undisclosed amount.
The two buildings are located in Madrid and have an area of 11,900 square meters.
The deal has been advised by RocaJunyent’s Real Estate team led by Dolors Roca (Of Counsel), Roger Pla (Partner) and Carlos Fernández (Associate).
