SPB and KPMG advise on a €60m investment in Odilo
Odilo, an EdTech with a mission to improve global literacy by democratising access to high-quality education, has raised €60 million in an investment round led by Bregal Milestone.
Odilo is a spanish startup that allows companies, schools, universities and other institutions to create their own educational ‘Netflix’, offering their users access to a huge number of content providers in all formats.
Odilo’s customers include government organisations, libraries, education institutions and corporates, ranging from the likes of Google, Vodafone, Beijing University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology to the Government of Calgary in Canada.
Bregal Milestone is an european technology growth capital firm focused on providing strategic assistance to market leading technology companies.
