AVM strengthens Immigration & Civil Litigation areas

AVM Advogados has strengthened its team at the Lisbon office with the hiring of two associates. Karine Coelho Gonçalves will coordinate the Immigration department. The lawyer moves from Atlantic Bridge, where she worked in the area of ​​Immigration, having previously been at Edge International. She holds a degree in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo and a Master’s degree in International Commercial Law from the University of Lisbon.

Francisco Ornelas Matias also joins the team as an associate lawyer, focusing on the area of ​​Civil Litigation. He moves from Abreu Advogados where he was, for the last three years, integrated in the Civil Litigation team. He holds a degree in Law from the University of Lisbon, where he also completed a postgraduate degree in Business Law.
