Linklaters advises Q-Energy on the sale of a photovoltaic portfolio to Verbund.
Linklaters has advised Q-Energy Private Equity, a fund manager for renewable energy investments, on the sale of a photovoltaic portfolio to Austrian electricity provider Verbund.
The portfolio includes regulated and operational solar farms with a total installed capacity of 82MWp.
The Linklaters team was formed by a multidisciplinary team: partner Lara Hemzaoui (pictured left) led the corporate advice with the support of managing associate Elena Rodríguez (pictured right) and associate Lucia Herrero; managing partner José Giménez with managing associate Mario García on public law aspects; tax advice was led by partner Javier García-Pita with tax partner Alejandro Meca, associate José Alarcón, associate Lucia Montes; counsel Moira Guitart and associate Leticia Ramos were responsible for employment aspects.
