Eversheds Sutherland FCB has advised Emmanuelle Investments on acquisition of a plot of land worth €15 million

Eversheds Sutherland FCB has advised Emmanuelle Investments on the acquisition of a plot of land in Leça da Palmeira, worth €15m. The land has the capacity for a residential project with approximately 5,000 m2 and 50 apartments across 11 floors.

This will be another housing project by Emmanuelle Investments in the Porto metropolitan area, which aims to respond to upper-middle-class families, offering a wide variety of apartments with good areas and competitive prices, as well as taking advantage of this location that has been gaining more and more prominence.
