Cuatrecasas advises Redarbor on acquiring a majority stake in Infojobs Brasil

Cuatrecasas advised the Spanish company Redarbor on buying—through its subsidiary Computrabajo—the majority stake owned by Adevinta  in online job marketplace Infojobs Brasil.

Redarbor is a market leader in online job marketplaces and digital recruitment solutions. Since its start in 2013, it has focused its growth strategy on the Latin American market, and is currently present in 25 countries with over 35 million active users per month. With this transaction, through which it has managed to take control of the leading job board in Brazil, Redarbor seeks to consolidate its privileged position in Latin America.
