Clifford Chance advises Prosegur on the issue of a €500 million Eurobond 

Clifford Chance has advised leading security company Prosegur Compañía de Seguridad, S.A. on the successful issue of its €500 million Eurobond, which matures in 2029 and bears interest at a rate of 2.5%.

Notwithstanding the challenging macro-economic and socio-political conditions, Prosegur was able to take advantage of a window in the market to complete its third stand-alone bond issue since 2013.  The team in Madrid also advised Prosegur in connection with both of its earlier Eurobond issues, in 2013 and in 2018.   Banco Santander, BBVA, BNP Paribas and HSBC acted as joint lead managers of this latest issue.
