Uría Menéndez advised DST, SGPS, as successful bidders for shares in Efacec Power Solutions
Uría Menéndez has advised DST, SGPS as the bidder in the procedure the Portuguese Government launched to reprivatise shares representing 71.73% of the share capital and voting rights of Efacec Power Solutions, SGPS, a Portuguese conglomerate in the engineering, power transformers, electric mobility and environmental sectors.
The firm advised on the procedure’s various steps, in particular the due diligence on the Efacec group, and negotiating and signing the SPA.The value od the deal is EUR 81,000,000.
