Baker McKenzie has advised Clarios on acquisition of 100% share capital of Metalúrgica de Medina, S.A.

Baker McKenzie has advised the American Group Clarios (belonging to the Brookfield Group) in the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of the company Metalúrgica de Medina, S.A.

Clarios is a subsidiary of Brookfield Business Partners, a business services and industrials company focused on owning and operating high-quality businesses that benefit from barriers to entry and/or low production costs.
