Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has strengthened its Banking & Finance team with the incorporation of Antonio Ramírez 

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has hired Antonio Ramírez (pictured) as Of Counsel, to further strengthen its Banking and Finance area, led by Miguel Lamo de Espinosa, as well as the restructuring team.

After the recent incorporations of Ana Martínez-Pina (former vice-president of the CNMV) and Vanessa Armas, Gómez-Acebo & Pombo’s Banking and Finance team continues to grow with the incorporation of Antonio Ramírez from Freshfields.

Antonio has extensive experience in all types of financing transactions, with a special focus on restructurings, debt refinancing, corporate financings, acquisition financings and real estate financings. In addition, Antonio has advised on M&A transactions and commercial agreements.

Miguel Lamo de Espinosa, coordinating partner of the Banking & Finance practice, said: “The addition of Antonio will be an important boost for the area and more specifically for our restructuring team.
