EY advises on acquisition of office building in Zaragoza

EY Abogados has advised SCI ELIALYS SIM 3 on the acquisition of an office building located in Zaragoza

EY Abogados has advised SCI ELIALYS SIM 3 on the acquisition of an office building located in Zaragoza, currently leased in its entirety to an important company in the energy sector.

The transaction consisted of the negotiation and subsequent signing of a deed of sale. In addition, Ey Abogados has also provided legal and urban due diligence services.

SCI ELIALYS SIM 3 is a French company belonging to Advenis, a group whose subsidiaries specialise in the design of real estate investment products, wealth management and real estate services. The company is majority owned by Inovalis and is listed on Euronext Growth Paris.
