MAIO Legal appoints new partner

MAIO Legal has appointed Alejandro Gil Murillo as partner in charge of the Labour area in Vigo

MAIO LegaljpgMAIO Legal has announced the appointment of Alejandro Gil Murillo (pictured) as partner in charge of the Labour area in Vigo, until now senior associate after joining in 2020 from CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo.

Alejandro has 10 years of professional experience in advising national and international companies in complex labour litigation, providing legal management, preparation and assistance in labour and social security proceedings, including comprehensive advice on the planning and execution of individual and collective dismissals, mergers and acquisitions, and outsourcing.

In addition, he has extensive experience in collective bargaining through the negotiation of statutory collective agreements, company agreements or pacts and substantial modifications of working conditions, among others.

Alejandro holds a law degree from Pompeu Fabra University, and a master’s degree in labour law from ISDE Law & Business School.
