Andersen advises Bregal Milestone on InfoCert’s share acquisition

Andersen, along with other international law firms, has counselled European Private Equity fund Bregal Milestone on the acquisition of InfoCert’s share capital

Andersen, from its Corporate and M&A department, has advised on the entry of the Private Equity fund Bregal Milestone, dedicated to technology growth investments, in the capital of InfoCert, owned by the Italian company Tinexta, a leading company in the area of advanced digitisation.

With this transaction, Bregal Milestone now holds 16.09% of InfoCert’s capital, leaving the door open to further increase its stake, and anticipates an investment of €100 million in the next year. With the capital inflow, InfoCert seeks to accelerate its expansion and internationalisation process.

Andersen´s team on this transaction has been led by partner and head of the Corporate and M&A practice Ignacio Aparicio (pictured left), with the participation of Privacy, IT & Digital Business practice partner Isabel Martínez Moriel (pictured centre) and Corporate senior associate José Trujillo (pictured right).
