MAIO Legal advises Hitachi Rail on €737m maintenance contract
MAIO Legal has advised Hitachi Rail Spain on the €737 million contract awarded by ILSA for the maintenance of its new fleet of high-speed trains
This contract, which has been closed for an amount of €737 million for a period of 30 years, consolidates HITACHI RAIL ESPAÑA’s relationship with ILSA, provides continuity for the ILSA’s new sustainable fleet and strengthens its presence in Spain.
The maintenance of its new fleet of 20 of the ETR 1000 high-speed trains will be carried out in Madrid, creating more than 75 jobs, and will include predictive and and will include predictive and corrective activities to guarantee the highest levels of reliability, safety and comfort for passengers.
