Deloitte Legal adds Restructuring and Insolvency director from KPMG

Deloitte Legal reinforces its Restructuring and Insolvency team with the incorporation of Cruz Amado as director of this practice

Cruz Amado (pictured), who joins from KPMG, has more than fourteen years of experience in this practice area and is an expert in advising and participating in Insolvency proceedings, advising all types of financial institutions and investment funds. She also has extensive experience in Corporate advice to companies, especially in distressed situations and in pre-Insolvency phases, divestment plans, and Refinancing.

In addition to her Law degree from the Universidad de La Coruña, Cruz Amado has a solid academic background from the best business schools, such as the Master´s degree in Law from IE Business School and is a specialist in Capital Markets and Structured Finance from the Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles.
