Pinsent Masons advises La Finca on its debut in MARF

Pinsent Masons has advised La Finca Global Assets SOCIMI on the registration of its first Commercial Paper Programme for €30 million in MARF

BME’s Fixed Income Market (MARF) has admitted the first Commercial Paper (CP) Programme to trading from La Finca Global Assets SOCIMI. This programme will allow the new issuer flexible access to qualified investors to diversify its financing sources and place CPs up to a maximum outstanding balance of €30 million.

Renta 4 Banco is acting as Lead Manager, Placement Entity and Registered Advisor for the Programme, and will be in charge of distributing the various issues of CPs over a year.

Pinsent Masons Spain is the issuer’s legal advisor for the Programme´s registration.

La Finca Global Assets SOCIMI is a Spanish public limited company incorporated in 2016 whose core activity is the acquisition and development of urban real estate for lease. In particular, La Finca Global Assets carries out its main activity within the prime office segment, in which it has a portfolio of assets comprising more than 220,000 square metres in Madrid (Edificio Álvarez de Baena, Serrano 105 and 111, Cardenal Marcelo Spinola 7-14, among others) and in the La Finca Business Park in Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid), where it has close to 130,000 square metres for lease with car parking and sports and catering facilities.
