EY advises Solarbay High Power on PV sale

EY Abogados has advised Spanish firm Solarbay High Power on the sale of CAELUM RENOVABLES to Germany´s Wirtgen Invest Energy

EY Abogados has advised the Spanish firm Solarbay High Power on the sale of CAELUM RENOVABLES, S.L.U. to Wirtgen Invest Energy GmbH. CAELUM RENOVABLES is the owner of the CAELUM IV photovoltaic plant project located in the province of León, with an installed capacity of 119.20 MWp.

EY Abogados advised on this deal with Corporate/M&A and Private Equity partner Susana Gómez Badiola (pictured left), together with the members of her team senior manager Jorge Sebastián de Erice (pictured right) and lawyer Carlota Sepó.

The buyer was advised by Corporate partner Uri Geigle, from Barcelona-based DAUSS Abogados, and Sönke Schlaich, from Schlaich.slp Energía y Contract Management.
