Eversheds Sutherland adds Corporate partner from Deloitte
Eversheds Sutherland has hired Ignacio Balañá as a Corporate/M&A partner in the Madrid office, joining from Deloitte Legal
With this appointment, the firm strengthens its strategic advice in the transactional area.
Ignacio Balañá (pictured) has developed his professional career mainly as a partner at Cuatrecasas and Latham & Watkins and, more recently, at Deloitte Legal as a Corporate/M&A partner. He has extensive experience in Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity. He has advised national and international groups and Private Equity, pension and infrastructure funds on M&A processes, carve-outs, Joint Ventures, Corporate reorganisations and Project Finance.
Ignacio holds a degree in Law and in Economy from the Universidad de Barcelona.
