Cuatrecasas advises Volup on innovative mobile app launch

Cuatrecasas Portugal has assisted the start-up on the launch of an app which links premium restaurants to users

Cuatrecasas has provided legal advice to Volup, a start-up created in Portugal, in the area of delivery services, on the launch of an application that has been available to the public since Friday, 18, for the time being in Lisbon.

Volup aims to provide a premium experience to users, connecting them to the most exclusive restaurants, increasing the quality of delivery.

Cuatrecasas provided all the legal advice necessary to launch the app to the public, as well as the future website.

Cuatrecasas team was led by Intellectual Property, Media and Information Technology coordinator Sónia Queiróz Vaz (pictured), and involved associate Nicole Fortunato, Labour consultant Sandra Lima da Silveira and Corporate and M&A associate João von Funcke.
