AnaCap engages Cuatrecasas for GTT acquisition

Cuatrecasas has advised British AnaCap on its acquisition of Spanish software developer Gestión Tributaria Territorial (GTT)

As Iberian Lawyer announced, GED Capital, advised by KPMG Abogados, has agreed to sell Spanish software developer Gestión Tributaria Territorial to British AnaCap Financial Partners for €120 million.

Cuatrecasas advised the seller with a team led by London office M&A partner Marco Antonio Sanz Pérez (pictured) that included London office M&A associate and member of the German desk María Dolores Colomer, Barcelona office Finance senior associate María Lérida and London office Finance associate Fernando Garí.
