CMB represents Vitória FC against League’s decision

CMB Advogados has acted for Vitória de Setúbal club in the appeal before the Council of Justice (CJ) of the Portuguese Football Federation (FPF)

Vitória de Setúbal has presented an appeal against the impediment to enrolling in professional competitions determined by the Audit Committee of the Portuguese Professional Football League (LPFP), as the club informed in a statement published on its official website

Porto-based law firm CMB Advogados´ team, adviser of the club in this process, is led by partner Ricardo Cardoso (pictured) who recently stated that:

“In view of the complexity of the process and the need to present a solid, detailed and fully justified defence, every minute was decisive in the elaboration of the appeal, so it was only now possible to deliver the documentation requested for that purpose. It is, therefore, with great confidence and optimism that we now await the decision of the CJ, in the certainty that the unequivocal foundations that justify the position of our club were portrayed.”
