RH&C acts for R. Zaragoza in First Division promotion claim

Ruiz-Huerta & Crespo is acting for Real Zaragoza football team before LaLiga claiming its direct promotion to First Division

Real Zaragoza football club has sent an official claim to LaLiga, the Royal Spanish Football Federation and the High Council of Sports requesting its direct promotion to LaLiga Santander (First Division).

Real Zaragoza proposes and requires the competent bodies that they must take into consideration the lack of equity and sporting equality if the play-offs were to be played, in which they would be deprived of one of their best players and top scorer, Luis Suárez, who was transferred by Watford FC until the end of the season, which now will be extended due to the COVID-19.

The claim suggests the promotion of the 2nd division first six teams and alternative solutions for Real Zaragoza´s promotion if its proposal was not feasible.
