Dentons signs Eduardo Gómez de Enterría as partner

Dentons has signed Eduardo Gómez de Enterría, from Herbert Smith Freehills, as partner to lead Dentons’ Employment and Labour practice in Spain

Dentons has recruited partner Eduardo Gomez de Enterria as head of the Employment and Labour area in Spain. He will be based in Madrid.

Eduardo Gomez de Enterria (pictured) joins Dentons from Herbert Smith Freehills, where he was a partner and head of the Employment practice in Madrid. He advises on recruitment, dismissals, health and safety, pension plans and employee incentive schemes. He is particularly well respected for his work in the negotiation and implementation of collective bargaining agreements, collective dismissals, and corporate restructuring. He also represents clients in Labour disputes.

He brings significant international experience, having advised leading Spanish companies on their operations across Europe and in Latin America, as well as international companies with subsidiaries in Spain.

Eduardo Gómez de Enterría is specialized in Negotiation at Harvard University and teaches Collective Negotiation and Corporate Restructuring at the Instituto de Empresa.
