CMS bolsters BD and HR departments with two new directors

CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo has strengthened its Business Development and Human Resources departments hiring two new directors

CMS has incorporated Ana Nogales as Business Development, Marketing and Communication director and Antonio López-Montaño as Human Resources Director.

Ana Nogales (pictured) graduated in Law from the University of Durham (UK). She has 20 years of experience, having developed her career in Spain, Switzerland and England, always focused on external and internal Communication and Business Development. She joined CMS from the Switzerland-based international office LALIVE, which she joined in 2013 to create its Business Development, Marketing and Communication department, which she managed until the beginning of 2020. Previously, she held similar positions in law firms and private banks in Madrid, Basel and London.

Antonio López-Montaño (pictured) has 15 years of experience and a long career in the field of Human Resources and, in particular, in the field of professional services, developed in national and international companies. He joins the firm from international consulting firm Mazars, where he was Human Resources director from 2015, leading the transformation of the department until today. Previously, he was Unibail-Ro-damco-Westfield Real Estate group Human Resources manager in Spain and a Labour lawyer at Uría Menéndez. Antonio has a degree in Law with a diploma in Business Administration from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE) and an LL.M from IE Business School. He also holds a postgraduate degree in Labour Law from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid Legal Practice School and a Master’s degree in International Employment Relations and Human Resources Management from the London School of Economics (LSE).
