Pinsent Masons advises SCE on Poète acquisition

Pinsent Masons has advised South Carolina Empresarial, a Spanish company controlled by Eneas Private Equity I, on the purchase of the Poète shares held by its founder Berta Martín

Through this transaction, South Carolina Empresarial, a Spanish company controlled by Eneas Private Equity I, has increased its participation in the Spanish fashion company Poète, through the acquisition of the shares held by its founder Berta Martín.

With this new acquisition, after the 70% stake buyout that took place in March 2018, the fund will now be the owner of 100% of Poète capital.
