TELLES Advogados advises Lisbon City Council on ‘Accessible Income Program’ appeal
Telles Advogados has advised Lisbon City Council on an appeal against a decision of the Auditors Court to block the “Accessible Income program”
The Auditors Court decided to block the ‘Accessible Income Program’ in Lisbon. Telles Public Law team advised the Lisbon City Council on the appeal to reverse this decision.
“We are very proud of the work done and the recognition it has earned from our client, so much so that today we advise on all the operations of that programme, which aims to create in Lisbon a set of 7,000 accommodation units, in 107 buildings and mobilize a total of 708 million euros of private investment”, says Pedro Almeida e Sousa (pictured), Telles partner head of the Public Law team.
“This decision will allow the beginning of that operation of affordable rent, the corresponding private investment and the implementation of the public policy of the Lisbon City Council for the provision of affordable rent housing”, assures Almeida e Sousa.
