HSF incorporates Jaime Rossi as new Financial of counsel

Herbert Smith Freehills has incorporated Jaime Rossi as new of counsel for the Finance practice of its Madrid office

Throughout his more than 15 years of professional career, Jaime Rossi (pictured) has participated in all types of financing transactions, including acquisition, real estate and project finance, as well as restructuring. In particular, in recent years, he has actively advised on the financing of real estate transactions and the purchase of NPLs and REOs, having participated in many of the most relevant transactions in the market. He also has extensive experience in the management and coordination of financing operations and multi-jurisdictional restructuring.

With a double degree in Law and Business Administration (ICADE E-3), Herbert Smith Freehills’ new of counsel has spent most of his career at Garrigues and Freshfields. He joined Fieldfisher Jausas in 2019 as counsel.
