Marimón Abogados signs Carlos Guerrero

Marimón Abogados has recruited Carlos Guerrero to head the firm’s new department specialized in Startups

Guerrero (pictured right) who joins the firm from Ceca Magán, will lead this new area within the firm focused on the startup sector. According to the firm, Guerrero is considered to be one of the leading lawyers in Spain in this field, after more than a decade of experience advising this type companies.

Guerrero joins the firm together with Yolanda Calparsoro (pictured left), who also joins from Ceca Magán. She specializes in corporate law.

The startup and investment environment continues to consolidate, attracting more foreign investment that bets on our ecosystem.
