HSF elects Justin D’Agostino as its new world CEO

Herbert Smith Freehills has appointed Justin D´Agostino as its new world CEO to replace Mark Rigotti

From May 1 2020, D´Agostino, managing partner of Asia, will become world CEO of the firm for a period of four years.

D´Agostino joined Herbert Smith Freehills in 1998 and became a partner in 2007. He has led the firm’s Global Disputes practice and its Asia region since 2014 and its US region since 2019.

During his 21-year career with Herbert Smith Freehills, Justin has overseen the growth of successful businesses including the firm’s market-leading Disputes practice and rapid expansion in Asia.

He is also founded the firm’s first LGBT+ network in 2007.
