CMS advises AnaPath Services GmbH on the acquisition of Envigo

CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo adviced AnaPath Services GmbH on the acquisition of Spanish research company Envigo CRS S.A.U

 

AnaPath Services GmbH, a Switzerland based company engaged in providing histopathology services and development of pharmaceuticals, chemicals, agrochemicals, medical devices has acquired Envigo CRS S.A.U, a Spain based company engaged in providing research based services to pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, government, academia, and other life science organizations. After the acquisition, Envigo CRS was renamed to AnaPath Research S.A.U.

The value of the deal was not disclosed.

The team from CMS was led by partner José María Rojí (pictured), and included counsel Pedro Ferreras and lawyer Guillermo Donadeu.
